3 ISSUE 1 2019 Happy New Year CTAA Members and Future Members! I hope everyone had a great holiday season and is enjoying the first few days of 2019! In this issue, you can take a look back to our Nutmeg Awards and holiday party held on December 5th – what a great night! Congrats to all the winners and thank you to all our sponsors, attendees and nominees. This event keeps getting bigger and better! The winter is keeping us all busy - property managers and business partners alike. Maintenance in the winter is diffi- cult at best - and managing burst pipes, damage and winter doldrums is a full-time job during the winter. Hang in there everyone - spring and fun CTAA events and education are coming soon! March 21-22, 2019 is our Building on the Best Education Conference and Tradeshow. This year we will be at the Fox Tower convention space – with a new floorplan, schedule and as you have come to expect - world class entertainment, speakers and education. This year we bring Maintenance Mania back to the Tradeshow with exciting new competitions and everyone’s favorite – the racecars! Information is included in this issue, and is online at www.ctaahq.org . I cannot wait to see everyone! April 30th is our annual Fair Housing session which will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott in Cromwell, CT. Each attendee will receive a certificate of participation for this full day of training. Registration will be open shortly. I am excited to announce our 2019 sponsorship opportunity package which allows for both management and business partners to promote with CTAA affordably.
