5 ISSUE 4 2018 S ummer finally found its way to Connecticut and our properties’ pools and outdoor spaces are gorgeous! CTAA held two events at member properties and got to see these amazing amenities first hand. The first event, on June 19th, was held at Lincoln Properties - Infinity at Harbor Point hosted over 60 attendees for our quarterly member give back. Our theme was Meet the “Board game” night, and several board members were in attendance playing cornhole, Jenga and shooting hoops for our local charity that was there - Hoops4All. Check out the pics from the event and remember to thank our sponsor - Roto Rooter! Also, in June, we held our “Member Refresh” that was at Paredim’s property - Soundview at Savin Rock. The weather was amazing and the evening included a reintroduction to all the benefits of being a CTAA (and NAA) member offers, as well as some “refresh”ments, chair massages, live music and more. A huge thank you to Jes Doll, WinnResidential, and the membership committee for putting this together. Next up will be our Reverse Tradeshow taking place on Sep- tember 13th at Anthony’s OceanView. This event always sells out, so make sure you register early. Our new website and association management software will be going live soon! I’m so excited for our members to see it and start using the tools that come with this new platform. Stay tuned… As always, I hope to see you at a CTAA event soon!
