15 ISSUE 2 2018 YULIANA VARGAS Y uliana Vargas was born in Medellin, Colombia but her journey lead her to the United States in 2013. Just 9 months ago, Yuliana was a college student employed through Hamilton Connections, a local staffing agency in East Hartford. She was placed as an Administrative Assistant within a South Oxford Management property, Lofts at the Mills in historic downtown Manchester. With a positively super friendly attitude, motivation and diligence Yuliana became a valuable member of the team and was offered a permanent position as a Leasing Professional at the very same site. Today Yuliana enjoys representing SOM and meeting new people. What she loves about her job is creating and nurturing relationships in the local community through visiting other businesses and through her interactions with the people who call Lofts their home. Yuliana not only leases at Lofts, she is still a student at MCC where she is a Be Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society member. To relax from her busy schedule, she enjoys quality time spent with her husband and two dogs (fur babies) Chop and Bella in yoga pants and a hoodie.
