How did you get into the industry After college I was working retail management and one of my employees suggested I inter- view for Tarragon for a leasing position. 5. What is your least favor- ite part of the job We have a huge pet community at Capewell and this year we lost two of them...so tough! 6. Best part of the job Creating community! 7. The Handmaid's Tale 11. Favorite vacation spot Vieques 12. How do you motivate others The most important thing is to sustain a positive team envi- ronment. This alone will keep everyone motivated to do their best. 13. If there was one thing you could change in your life, what would it be I would move to a little house on the water with a fenced in yard! (Let me know if you find one). 14. What do you do in your spare time to give back to the community I rescued 2 street dogs from Puerto Rico and give to Save-a- Sato every year. This is some- thing my family has done for years, we've rescued around 30 20 QUES TIONS Catherine Greer Souder, C&R Property Management dogs total for us, family, and friends! I also work through- out the year with a few local charities with my properties to help give back to our local community. 15. What superpowers would you most like to have Invisibility. For sure. 16. What is your greatest achievement Professionally, I'm incredibly proud to have received the 'Eileen Swenson Leadership Award' from Trio during my first year here. Eileen is a huge inspiration and mentor and it's such an honor! 17. Where do you see your- self in 5 years I'm unsure where I'll be; every- day I try to grow, build value in my skills, and for our clients 18.
