ANNA ARPAIA BUZZUTO MANAGEMENT COMPANY A nna Arpaia began her career with Bozzuto as a Sales andMarketing Associate in Baltimore, Maryland in April 2015. She learned a great amount in her first year with Bozzuto and was offered an opportunity to help launch the Corsair, a new lease-up in New Haven, Connecticut in May 2016. Despite some challenges that new construction communities may bring, she enjoyed her experience and helped Corsair get on their feet as a unique, luxury community in the East Rock neighborhood. In January 2017, Anna took on another new role with 360 State Street, the largest luxury apartment community inNewHaven. Over the past 11 months Anna has expanded her knowledgewith her role of LeasingManager at 360 State, and recently has been promoted to Resident Manager of the 500-unit building. She enjoys interactionwith residents andprospects, in addition to the financial and administrative obligations associatedwithher new position.
