How long have you been in the industry? 30 years 4. How did you get into the industry? I got my Real Estate Sales license in 1984, couldn’t afford to go into sales full time, so I worked in the property management division of John Ellis Realty for 2 years managing John Ellis’s apartment communities and condo associa- tions. Eventually I went into the sales department, where I sold commercial and residential real estate and became one of the top agents with the company. I took 3 years off to stay home with my first child, moved to Largo Flor- ida when she was 3 and jumped right back into the property management industry. 5. What is your least favorite part of your job? Budgets, do you know anyone that likes to do budgets? 6. Best part of job? Watching less fortunate fami- lies better themselves by mov- ing into market housing or purchasing their own home. Giving back to the commu- nity. All of this would not be possible without the support of the people I work for and my staff. 7. Three words to describe yourself? Giving Caring Tough/blunt 8. Favortie City? I have many favorites, however there are 3 cities that electri- fy me, San Francisco, South Beach and NYC 9. Position to try for a day? Actress or Rockstar 10. Favorite TV show? Ray Donavan 11. Favorite vacation spot? St Thomas, I’m looking forward to visiting Spain and Portugal this Decem- ber, who knows, I may never come back. 12. How do you motivate others ? Praise their hard work and dedication, acknowledge a job well done. Genuinely support them. 13. If there was one thing you could change in your life what would it be? Not a thing, I’ve lived a bless- ed life and continue to do so. All of my experiences, good and bad have made me the person I have become today.
