17 ISSUE 4 2017 F ranklin Communities in Hamden recently promoted Joanna Marchitto from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager. Joanna Marchitto started working with our company in 2001 as a painter and quickly worked her way into a management position. She is responsible for Canal Crossing at Whitneyville West, our newest luxury apartment community at 380 Mather Street in Hamden. She also manages Chestnut Hill South, Chestnut Hill North, Chestnut Hill East, Whitney Towers, Lakewood, Eli Whitney, and Rosewood Condominiums. “My job affects somebody’s home” is her personal motto, which is written on the wall next to her desk. You can see her motto in all of her decisions and in her communication with our residents. Joanna has recently become involved with planning and hosting resident events, which have brought a lot of good will to our communities. Congratulations, Joanna.
