We service commercial and residential pools and distribute pool chemicals and supplies. I take care of customer service and some sales. I take a lot of the incoming service calls and quote requests – trying to ask those probing questions so the technicians know what they’re going out for so we don’t need to go twice. I also do the service billing. I also take care of updating the website, Facebook page as well as other marketing duties. I teach Cer t if ied Pool Operator® Certification Classes – we teach pool at tendants, ma intenance sta ff and managers how to take care of the pool. I’ve been known to go out to our customer’s sites to train staff and help to clean up the pools when necessary. Also, I’m on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Spa and Pool Association. 2. Tell us a little bit about your work history? In High School I worked tobacco for two summers, then I became a Certified Nurse’s Aide for seven years. I got my VENDOR SPOTLIGHT Lynn Spaulding, Savol Pools
