Went to college for Urban Planning and Development and worked as a leasing consultant while in college at the apart- ment community that I lived. 5. What is the best part of the job? Being able to train team members and watching them succeed and advance in the industry as a career. 6. What are three words to describe yourself? Professional, Humble, Mentor 7. If I asked your family your biggest fault what would it be? Not always patient and that I work too much. 12. How do you motivate others? By training and training 13.
