Although it is possible to get a property- management job with a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree, doing graduate work can make it possible to qualify for a better job. Consider focusing on business administration, property or real estate management, public administration, or real estate. • ink about selling real estate as well as renting and managing properties. If you are a licensed real-estate agent, that could translate into being a better job candidate in the future, or being able to qualify for more responsibility from your current boss.
